The Naismith Hall Project entrusted WCCS with construction management services for a 10-story, 126-unit student housing apartment complex at Kansas University. Over 18 months, an $8 million renovation transformed the space with interior upgrades, window replacements, exterior painting, roof and cooling tower replacements, and the addition of kitchenettes and study rooms. Under WCCS's guidance, the Naismith Hall Project became a testament to meticulous planning and execution. Interior renovations breathed new life into the units, while new windows and fresh paint enhanced the exterior. Roof and cooling tower replacements improved sustainability, and the inclusion of kitchenettes and study rooms provided convenience and academic support for students.
