WCCS managed a 12-month, $6 million renovation project at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA. This undertaking included aspects such as mold remediation and extensive interior renovations. The Heritage Commons Apartment Complex, comprising 126 units, underwent a total transformation with the installation of new flooring and a fresh paint scheme. WCCS functioned as the owner's representative shareholder expectations and value was safeguarded during the project. Furthermore, WCCS provided turnover services to CAU Suites, facilitating a seamless transition.
