The Avery is a 601-unit, 933-bed student-oriented multi-family housing facility offering convenient access to Temple University and the surrounding area. WCCS was brought on as the construction management firm after nearly a year of stalled progress under a previous manager. Overseeing approximately 150,000 square feet of renovations—including unit interiors, common areas, mechanical upgrades, and exterior improvements—WCCS successfully coordinated multiple vendors, contractors, suppliers, designers, and third-party consultants to bring the project to completion.
